A few reminders of my active time with Mildenhall Cycling Club

	Back to Cycling after 25 years away.
	Cyclo-Cross at Eastway.
	Promoting the Rally at Milk Race in London - on the butchers bike I did the London - Brighton ride.
	A word with Jimmy Saville then and before he was found out
	While we are on celebrities - meet the Duke.
	A little diversion in France.
	National Vets Cyclo-Cross - 10 minutes after this I was off to Birmingham Hospital after breaking both collarbones.
	This time it was Kings Lynn Hospital.
	A good event I introduced to the Rally - with brave Jean Poole on the back.
	Start of an End to End ride - 4 riders + support Dave, Viv & Sparkey Bowers.
	We completed in five and a half days and raised a lot for our two charities.
